Art Workshops Plymouth

So impressed with the talents of today’s workshop – what a creative, thoughtful, and all-round lovely group of people! Thank you to those who attended, the organisers at Moor View Community Park, and to Phil Magee for planning and running the workshop alongside. Looking forward to the next –  Saturday 14th. Anyone with a disability welcome (book a place through Jeanne Hinton at jeannehinton@talktalk.net)

Moor View Community Park:

“Our community arts project workshops began today with an explosion of colour. Individuals with a disability came together to discuss what it means to live in Plymouth in some real depth, before getting onto creating some beautiful willow pieces as pictured below. These will feature at our Community Sparks Event on Saturday 21st March- https://www.facebook.com/events/907906422586871/

The participants are very much looking forward to next Saturday’s workshop (14th March 2015, 10am to 2pm, Room 319, Babbage Building, Plymouth University), and welcome anyone else with a disability to join them. E-mail Jeanne Hinton at jeannehinton@talktalk.net

Thank you again to Sarah Jane Hodge and Vital Sparks for running and funding such respectively. More photographs can be found in the Community Arts Photo Album – https://www.facebook.com/media/set/…
